Thanks for posting Neil something to get the juices flowing for bigger and better things in 2017.
Christmas day has 15c forecast for me now that is some warmth for the 25th December.

I have never seen or heard of Banksia blechnifolium what a nice flowering plant is it it flowering on stolons creeping across the floor?

Many thanks for the update, I bought two of them this year from Nigel based on your experience and I was quite scary about the problem you noticed on you big Juania in pot. My two Juanias are in the green house now and still growing even under temperatures of 5 to 12 °C... Fantastic palm for that!
Regards

seed requires no treatment etc....I have found seed difficult to keep going -very susceptible to finding a way of curling up but pretty vigorous when established
