So nice I watched it twice. Troy,I see the front and right side yard,but where's the rest? Are you adding more? Caryota's maybe? You know- you grow perfect succulents. You have a great climate for them. Congrats!

Excellent Troy loving the look you have going there the black grass certainly makes a nice uderstory to your palms. Surely the Aeoniums are stored elsewhere for winter? Jackie is just searching Old Beach on google I think she may have found your place

Thanks Eduard and Paul the reason the spanish moss is on the Tikki heads is because the birds take it away LOL !
Thanks Mau Jason - we have a cool maritime climate without any real extremes of temperature my lowest temp ever has been 0.5 C highest last summer was 31 C
