Wow loving the orchid show Tom it would be a dangerous place for us to visit or should I say expensive.
I notice a lack of Neo's in the show do they have their own?
We have yet to view the other vids its pointless watching them on phone, must crank the old PC up again, many thanks for posting the links.

I'm glad you liked the videos.

Kev, there were very few Japanese native orchids at the Fukuoka show, though there was one vendor with N. falcata and Cymbidium goeringii. The big Tokyo show was stuffed to the gills with native orchids. I was "safe" from spending money because I have basically run out of growing space, period, and getting new plants is not a viable option!

Stan, as with everything in Japan, nothing at a staged event happens by accident, or free will. Individual plants are grown, manicured, wired (like a bonsai), etc. to look as you see in the video. That was particularly obvious at the Tokyo show in Feb. My plants too are like wild animals...
