Mine is also fine and has about 10 good sized leaves so far, it has been growing since
early May but is always very slow to get going.
Its been out now for 3 winters and gets about 15cms of dieback each year, its now
about 80cm tall and the trunk is starting to thicken up nicely.
It also has quite a few growing points on the stem but after a while one seems to take
the lead and the others just die off
is this what happens to your too Mark?
Its planted near a south facing wall and gets full sun all year around
Here it is last summer
I definately think its worth trying again as its a great looking plant, maybe you just havnt found the right place for it yet
Cheers
