Post Re: Tree ferns from spores
Hi Mau, last year sowed not much news, just the C. atrox var. atrox and C. robusta, the last species sown for a friend of mine .
End November still the three tree fern species of La Reunion , C. glauca, C. Borbonica C. Excelsa and Sadleria cyatheoides of a British fern friend, last developed well  from the La reunion species is still no sign of life :!:

Hi Eduard,

These species are very interesting especially Sadleria . Take this into consideration. I acquired a D.sellowiana spores , I hope to get lucky .

Hi Edward,
nice to hear that develop my spores of C. atrox well, is really a "monster"!
We must meet again If your Sadleria cyatheoides be giving us absolutely.
We had -9 C but at present it is very windy and mild.

Hi, last year I got fresh spores from Chris C. of Sadleria cyatheoides, I have them right then sown and now the box is full,

Yesterday I pricked the first 24 plants and so they look now,

I hope I get beautiful plants and that they get that beautiful colors,

Sadleria cyatheoides comes out the incubator box to harden,

The Cyathea robusta came outdoors for the first time [last week], thinking it will be a huge grower, has already suffered from dry air and fire damage as the sun came to the leaf!

Thank you Chris, it would be more beautiful if the garden would go up from my house, like you can see in this picture, I see this when I work in the conservatory, the most beautiful time of the year when everything begins to grow as it does now
