My tropical store
As the UK descends into winter my greenhouse is gradually filling up nicely though this week with temps of 16 C and 17 C in the day and double figures at night time it is hardly worth it.
How are you UK guys going stacked and packed yet..........
See anything you fancy.

How are you attaching the bubble wrap in the greenhouse Kev?
Also where is your greenhouse in relation to the property?

Nothing is in yet- the maurelli and gingers are still growing! Ive decided its about time to dig over my arid bed with more gravel so all my agaves are lying on their sides on the floor!
Hoping to put up my temporary greenhouse this weekend (but i said that last weekend and the weekend before that!)
I'll have your Begonia luxuriens if thats what it is Kev- ta!

Most of my plants are in greenhouse as well Kevin only some Hedychuims to dig up and squeeze in to greenhouse I do not put bubble wrap in my greenhouse as I find it causes a lot of plants to rot due to damp conditions on bubble wrap?

I slipped a couple of these up at the weekend too to keep the succulents a little drier.
A bit of a "carbuncle on the face of humanity" but they do the job. This is what we have to do away from the heat island effect of London and the coastlines.

Kev, I rather like the roof you have over the cacti/succulent bed. I would like to plant mine out, and something like that would be perfect in keeping the rain off.
By the way, if you have any more rooted cuttings of Begonia luxurians, I'd be very interested in a swap
All the best.

Wrapped, stacked and packed the greenhouse two weeks ago Kev, but took all the big stuff out last Sunday as the forecast for this week was so good. Won't be packing it back in until this Sunday when 2c is forecast. Could be a case of in-out, in-out for the next few weeks, but the less time they are all huddled together in a warm damp environment with little air circulation the better.

Kev, is that all the protection the variegated Yucca elephantipes needs? Perhaps I should be a little braver with mine if it is.
