I've not wrapped or packed anything for the winter yet. I'll probably get caught out.

I've put away Alocasia, Maurelli, Musa Aucuminata, Eucomis Autumnalis and Canna 'Semaphore'. The latter two weren't doing much and I thought i'd get them out in case of rot. Brugmansia is flowering and looks great next to the now bright red acer so I'm leaving that for now. Everything else is staying out until we get a real frost.
At the mother-in-law's I've put away 2 hedychiums, a bromeliad, 5 basjoo pups, an aloe vera and a load of summer bedding.

yesterday i've digged up my Musa rubra's and placed them in the greenhouse together with some smal Dypsis decary palms...a lot of other frost tender stuff is stil outside growing a little bit...
a pic of my greenhouse. i build it myself last year, a lot cheaper than buying one
i have another greenhouse, actually this is our veranda but during wintertime it is transformed into a more tropical greenhouse
a nice place to have breakfast in every morning....
cheers,
kristof
