Drosera binnata eating it's meal.
One of the best looking and easier to grow carnivorous plants. Once again,I underestimated how much sun a plant needs and kept this all last year in my back yard. In late summer this year looking at the pale and stretched petioles..I put it in the sunny driveway. Its just now looking normal on the edge of winter. They go dormant in winter, maybe semi dormant indoors or down south in Los Angeles.
Along with the "Pings" these are great beginners plants. Just watch for snails or slugs.

It caught a fly. I didn't think they could catch insects that large.
