Why are my Trachycarpus princeps new fronds stunted?
I have two Trachycarpus princeps that are putting out stunted foliage, and have been for a few of years. The latest fronds are about 1/2 to 1/3 of what they should be. Prior to that they were fine. When the fronds come out they aren't discolored and don't show signs of spear damage, they are just small. Other T. princeps are doing fine in similar conditions. What do you think is causing this? Should I leave them to see if the problem grows out with time, or do they need intervention?
Has anyone else seen this with T. princeps?
Thanks
