Post Extreme Minimum Temp data for every year
Hi All - Does anyone know where i can find 'Extreme Minimum temperature data' recorded each year for cities all over the U.K
There are many that record average minimum, but not extreme low.
This data is needed to be able to create your: Extreme Mean Min, and that will tell you exactly your USDA climate zone temp.

Please help if you can,

Rod.

Rod,
This link takes you to individual stations throughout the Uk with temps observed at these places from way back when up to the present day........HERE click on the red dots.

Sutton Bonnington is 5 miles from me so its the closest.

This is the 5 year climate report of my nearest amateur weather station.

Sounds like you are going to a lot of trouble for not many responses Rod.

Thanks Kev,
I checked the amateur weather station, and averaged the 5-year data for the minimum recorded, and it came out at ( -7.02°c ) which for the last 5-years, this area is a USDA Zone 8b.
If you took out the -10.2°c from last year, it would have been at the cool end of zone 9a.
I love compiling and graphing climate data Kevin. ( Its sort of a funny hobby of mine ).
Thanks for the links to the individual stations
