Thanks Petr, Jan and others for your helpful suggestions. I'm not going to look at it now cos I don't feel well, if Helen has the time, that would be great, otherwise we will all have to be a bit patient for a couple of days.

There does seem to be an intermittent 'error' message appearing every so often, although the action usually happens ok. Not sure what it is. Ive changed a few things, but still seems to happen. I'm swamped at work for the next few days (6 am - 10 pm 'shifts') so doubt I can look at it until then.
